TERMS OF SERVICE

1.0 PAYMENT

1.1 Payment will only be through Paypal or Ko-fi (USD).
1.2 Payment must be full payment upfront.
1.3 Strictly no refunds!
1.4 Refunds allowed if I fail to do the commission within 2 months.
1.5 Payments will be through an invoice sent to you in Paypal. Failure to pay the invoice within 48 hours will result in the cancellation of your commission.
1.6 Additional characters are charged 50% of the original price.
1.7 Complex designs will be charged based on complexity (around 5-10 USD)
1.8 Additional characters for illustration will be charged a flat 20 USD

ex of an in voice. Chibi 10 USD + additional character 50% = 15 USD

2.0 GENERAL

2.1 Please provide references! Visuals are also highly apprieciated!
2.2 It will take around 1-2 months to finish.
2.3 Clients will have rights to PERSONAL use ONLY. (Profile picture, Wallpaper, Post on Socials w/ credit, making personal goods etc.)
2.4 Feeding the commissioned art through AI or any crypto sites is PROHIBITED. If caught, you will be put on a blacklist.
2.5 I will be sending updates through intervals: Sketch, Base Colours, Render Progress.
2.6 I will allow 3 major revisions during the sketch phase, and 3 minor revisions when finished.
2.7 I have the rights to decline and turn down a commission and use the commission art to post or promote.
2.8 Clients have the rights to ask for updates.
2.9 The finished piece will be sent via email, Google Drive, or Discord! (Whichever clients prefer!)
2.9 Requesting to draw interaction is OK!
